Operator and scope

IBDock is provided by Nordera Works Teknoloji Danışmanlık AŞ, İstanbul, Türkiye. Contact hello@norderaworks.com for legal enquiries and desk@ibdock.com for product support. These terms govern the public business reporting preview and onboarding request. No subscription fee, payment mandate or broker agreement is created by completing onboarding.

Your use of the preview

Use the service only for lawful business purposes and information you are authorized to process. Use anonymized examples in the public preview. Do not submit another person’s credentials, confidential trading records or unlawfully obtained data. Do not bypass access restrictions, disrupt the service or impersonate another business. Keep any session on a shared device private.

No brokerage, custody or execution

IBDock does not hold client money, execute trades or payments, provide investment advice, promise returns or authorize a broker relationship. Expected commissions depend on the terms and eligible activity supplied. A displayed difference is not proof of underpayment. Verify material figures with source statements, applicable agreements and professional advisers before acting.

Broker directory and external sources

Directory inclusion helps identify an existing reporting relationship. It does not endorse a broker, confirm regulatory status, guarantee an IB program or establish a live integration. WikiFX is a third-party discovery source; its regional popularity is not a verified review count. Verify the exact entity and permissions independently. Third-party services and links have their own terms.

Availability and records

The preview may change or be unavailable. Unsaved sample work can be lost on refresh; download needed outputs. Saving onboarding is not account activation or a service-level commitment. There is no guaranteed response time during the preview. We may restrict abusive use while preserving applicable access and privacy rights.

Data and communications

The privacy notice explains submitted step records, operational notifications, retention and optional communication choices. Product-news consent is optional and can be withdrawn. No consent is given to broker marketing by these terms. Your pre-existing commercial relationships and ownership of your information remain yours.

Responsibility and mandatory rights

Each party remains responsible for its own obligations under applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, override mandatory consumer or data-protection rights, or create an unlimited indemnity. Commercial subscriptions or live data integrations require separate disclosed terms and acceptance.

Changes and contact

Material changes will be identified with a new version. Contact us about questions or disputes; any mandatory rights to approach courts or regulators remain unaffected. Do not send sensitive evidence by ordinary email without agreeing a suitable channel.
