WHY USE IBDOCK?

Broker portals stop at their own reports.

When you work with several brokers, you still have to match their statements to your receipts and work out what to pay your sub-IBs.

01

Keep your broker agreements

Use the agreements and referral links you already have. There is no need to move clients to another IB code.

02

Compare commission and receipts

Check what your agreement calculates, what the broker reported and what you recorded as received. Review fees and payment dates before following up.

03

Prepare sub-IB statements

Record partner shares and payments, then export a statement showing the opening balance, earnings and amount left to pay.

HOW IT WORKS

Start with a broker statement.

01

Choose your file

Try our sample or select an anonymized CSV or Excel file. Map your columns if they differ from the template.

02

Check the rows

Check the dates, amounts and totals before importing. The preview flags invalid rows and conflicting duplicates.

03

Review and export

Compare reported amounts with recorded receipts. Add review notes and export the records you need for month-end.

FILES & CONNECTIONS

Use the reports you already receive.

File imports are available in the preview. If you need automatic updates, include your broker and report type in your pilot application.

Common questions

Is IBDock a broker?+

No. It is a workspace for introducing brokers, trading affiliates and Master IBs. It does not hold client funds, execute trades or provide investment advice.

Do I need to change my broker or referral links?+

No. Keep your current agreements and referral links. Trying the preview does not change any broker account.

What can I use today?+

Explore a fictional multi-broker desk, import anonymized CSV, XLSX or JSON template data, review differences and export a ledger. Live APIs, login and saved workspaces are not enabled yet.

Does an open balance mean my broker underpaid me?+

No. Timing, fees and other adjustments can create differences. We separate the amounts and retain the source so you can review them. Expected values in this preview are supplied by the file, not independently calculated from trades.

Will it support my language?+

The preview is available in English. Tell us which language your team needs when applying for the pilot.

Is it free?+

The preview is free. Pilot terms and future subscription prices have not been set.
